The Role

Description


An Amazon Brand Manager at Flapen is responsible for the complete A to Z lifecycle of a client's product launch and ongoing account management on the Amazon platform. This encompasses:

Job Responsibilities:

  • Brand Strategy: Develop and execute comprehensive brand strategies for Amazon brands, using market research to identify trends and competitor insights.
  • Product Listing Management: Optimize listings (titles, descriptions, images, keywords) on Amazon Seller Central, monitor inventory, and adjust based on demand.
  • Advertising & Promotions: Drive Amazon Advertising (PPC, DSP) campaigns and promotional strategies (e.g., Lightning Deals) to boost brand visibility and sales.
  • Client Management: Address customer reviews and feedback, maintain strong client relationships, and communicate to meet client expectations.
  • Performance Analysis: Analyze sales, feedback, and trends, reporting on brand performance to drive growth opportunities.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Coordinate with marketing, product development, and sales teams to ensure cohesive brand presence and successful product launches.

Work Mode: Fully Remote
Reports to : CEO/ Director of Operation

Requirements

-Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.

-2+ years of experience managing brands on Amazon

-Experience in creating and optimizing Amazon PPC campaigns, product listings, and driving organic rankings.

-Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights.

-Excellent communication and project management skills.

Must Haves/ Skill Competencies:

- Experience with any Amazon Agency OR Amazon Aggregator is mandatory

- Experience in launching and managing an Amazon brand from A-Z

- Required analytical mindset for reviewing sales data and market trend

-Project Management Skills, able to manage multiple clients/projects

- Passion for exceptional customer service, drives my approach to achieving business success
