The Role

We are looking for a proactive and experienced Admin & Procurement to lead our administrative operations and support functions across the organization. This role is critical to ensuring smooth, efficient office management while also overseeing procurement processes — with a preference for candidates familiar with IT procurement.

The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker who has led cross-functional teams, driven organizational improvements, and played a key role in business support functions beyond day-to-day execution.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage all administrative functions, including facility operations, vendor management, and general office upkeep

  • Oversee procurement activities, including vendor sourcing, negotiation, purchasing, and asset management (with IT procurement experience preferred)

  • Manage travel and visa arrangements for local and international teams

  • Supervise IT support functions such as internet, hardware, asset tracking, and software tools in collaboration with internal or external IT teams

  • Drive strategic initiatives related to process improvement, cost efficiency, and office infrastructure enhancement

  • Support onboarding and offboarding logistics, including workspace setup, accounts, and equipment coordination

  • Ensure compliance with internal policies and help create scalable admin and support systems as the company grows

What We're Looking For
  • Minimum 5 years of solid experience in administration, procurement, or related operational roles

  • Proven experience leading teams and managing cross-functional projects

  • A track record of managing or contributing to strategic and transformational initiatives within an organization

  • Strong organizational and communication skills with the ability to handle multiple priorities

  • Experience working in fast-paced or startup environments is a plus

  • MBA or relevant postgraduate degree preferred

Nice to Have
  • Exposure to IT asset management or procurement

  • Experience using tools for admin operations, vendor management, or workflow automation
