· Repair robot welds as needed
· In Line Inspection
· Leak Testing
· Documentation Repair welds
· Fast Response in case of systematic welding defects
· Riveting
· Backup for all Operators
· Assess welds to ensure cleanliness and within designated specifications of customer requirements.
· Conduct test to evaluate weld quality
· Collaborate with engineeringing to address issues
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
· Graduation from related trade school or high school diploma or general education degree (GED) and at least 1-3 years of related experience or combination of education and experience.
· 1-3 years of experience TIG welding. Experience with aluminum strongly preferred.
· Knowledge and ability to assess metal structures to identify and initaiate repair of damaged welds.
· Ability to measure close tolerances (Metric & Imperial)
· Knowledge and ability to use small tools, operate air/hand toold, welders, grinder and buffing machines

Skills Required
- Graduation from a related trade school, or a high school diploma/GED with 1-3 years of related experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- 1-3 years of TIG welding experience.
- Experience with aluminum welding.
