The Role
Activités confiées : En tant qu’alternant(e) en communication, tu contribueras activement à plusieurs projets transverses, en lien avec différentes parties prenantes internes et externes.
Communication interne :
- Rédaction et diffusion de contenus (newsletters, articles, interviews internes, témoignages,…)
- Animation des canaux de communication internes (Teams, Intranet, Viva Engage, etc.)
- Accompagnement des équipes dans la mise en place d’initiatives de communication
Communication externe :
- Création et publication de contenus sur LinkedIn
- Veille sur les tendances du secteur et proposition de nouvelles idées de contenus
- Participation à l’élaboration de supports de communication (infographies, vidéos, présentations, etc.)
Community management :
- Contribution à l’animation des réunions et communautés internes
- Interaction avec les parties prenantes et engagement des audiences sur les plateformes digitales externes et internes mentionnées ci-dessus (SharePoint, Viva Engage…)
Communication exécutive :
- Soutien dans la préparation de présentations et messages stratégiques pour les dirigeants (emails, annonces, présentations clients,…)
- Accompagnement sur la rédaction de discours, tribunes et supports de prise de parole
Organisation d’événements :
- Participation à l’organisation d’événements internes et externes (séminaires, conférences, webinaires, etc.)
- Coordination des intervenants et suivi logistique
