About Alliances:

The Bullhorn Alliances team cutivates and manages strategic partnerships with software companies that provide integrated solutions to Bullhorn customers. Our mission is to ensure that Bullhorn customers are empowered to constantly innovate and build comprehensive technology stacks to serve all of their needs. To support that mission, Alliances supports our growing ecosystem of partners by launching new integrations, creating go-to-market strategies and marketing materials, enabling the Bullhorn support team, and keeping up with industry trends. 

 

Partner Marketing Intern responsibilities:

Opportunity & inquiry clean-up in Salesforce:

  • Complete basic training on Salesforce functionality 

  • Review of the data we have (Salesforce). Data synchronization and cleanup of unnecessary entries.

  • Update instructional materials on using Salesforce to manage partner Accounts and Opportunities 

  • Manage monthly newsletters to internal teams about important Alliances updates

  • Organize files in Google Drive 

Seismic: 

  • Maintain and enhance Marketplace page as well as categorized sub-pages

  • Audit existing partner content for outdated or mislabeled items

  • Reach out to partners for fresh sales/marketing resources and upload new content accordingly

  • Review submitted materials and make suggestions for improvement

  • Create Digital Sales Room templates

  • Support Partner Managers on Partner Co-Marketing activities

  • Conduct research on productivity tools that could help Alliances improve day-to-day efficiency

Desired Skills:

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills

  • Creative problem solving skills

  • Experience contributing to or editing marketing material like one pagers, blogs, or informational slide decks

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and navigate multiple projects at one time

  • Experience working with Google Drive

  • Exposure to Salesforce and/or sales enablement tools like Seismic would be a plus

  • An interest in technology, with actual experience with/exposure to the SaaS industry being a plus
