SMX is seeking All-Source Intelligence Analysts (ASIA) for researching, developing, and presenting intelligence products at the operational level for senior leaders, commanders, and staff. As an All-Source Intelligence Analyst, you will perform all-source intelligence analysis and production, as well as interface with Combatant Command and Intelligence Community counterparts to ensure maximum collaboration and situational awareness to accomplish Special Operations Forces (SOF) unique operational and tactical level intelligence requirements.
To be successful in this role, you must possess knowledge at the tactical and operational levels and be capable of performing all-source intelligence analytic support to counterterrorism/Violent Extremist Organizations (CT/VEO), Integrated Deterrence, Tactical Combat Operations (TCO), Security Impact Analysis (SIA), Counter Weapons of Mass Destruction (CWMD), and crisis response operations and missions.
This position requires a DoD TS/SCI security clearance which requires US citizenship for work on DoD contracts.

Required Skills & Experience
All-Source Intelligence Analyst – Subject Matter Expert (SME):
- Minimum of eight (8) or more years of all-source intelligence analyst experience at the full performance level, with 5 or more years working for or with USSOCOM SOF or national level intelligence agencies, such as NSA, CIA, or DIA
- Three (3) or more years of experience and knowledge in intelligence support special operations
- Superior proficiency, knowledge, understanding, and experience with current all-source analytical techniques, theory, methodologies, processes, and trends
- Demonstrated superior proficiency and knowledge of the current suite of all-source intelligence tools
- 3 or more years of experience writing formal finished intelligence assessments (eg, white papers, targeting packages, or other serialized finished intelligence products)
- Demonstrate experience preparing and delivering intelligence briefings at the Colonel (O-6) / GS-15 level or higher
- Deployments may be required
- Shift work for 24 hour operations may be required
All-Source Intelligence Analyst – Expert Qualifications
- Minimum of six (6) years of experience as an all-source intelligence analyst within the DoD or equivalent Government agencies is required with four (4) years at the operational level
- Proficiency, knowledge, understanding, and experience with current all-source analytical techniques, theory, methodologies, processes, and trends
- Demonstrate expert proficiency and knowledge of the current suite of all-source intelligence tools
- Demonstrate experience preparing and delivering intelligence briefings at the Lieutenant Colonel (O-5) / GS-14 level or higher
- Deployments may be required
- Shift work for 24 hour operations may be required
All-Source Intelligence Analyst – Journeyman Qualifications
- Minimum of four (4) years of experience as an all-source intelligence analyst within the DoD or equivalent Government agencies
- Strong working knowledge, understanding, and experience with current all-source analytical techniques, theory, methodologies, processes, and trends
- Demonstrated working knowledge of the current suite of all-source intelligence tools
- Demonstrate some experience preparing and delivering intelligence briefings at the Captain (O-3) / GS-13 level or higher
- Deployments may be required
- Shift work for 24 operations may be required
