- Market Expertise: Leverage deep understanding of equity and derivatives markets to pitch solutions effectively.
- Product Strategy: Work closely with product teams to enhance algo offerings based on client feedback.
- Revenue Growth: Develop and execute strategies to maximize revenue through algo trading services.
- Compliance & Risk Management: Ensure adherence to regulatory requirements and risk management best practices.
Market Experience: 5+ years of experience in equity markets, trading, or algo sales.
Technical Acumen: Understanding of algorithmic trading strategies, execution, and market microstructure.
Networking & Sales Skills: Strong network in trading communities and ability to close high-value deals.
Crypto Knowledge (Preferred): Experience in crypto trading and derivatives is a plus.
