Al Watani Senior Project Coordinator

This position is responsible for assisting Project Manager/Program Director in the overall execution, control and completion of rollout and deployment projects, exercising project management tools, documentation, progress checks and reports to ensure closing projects within budget and on-time in line with company’s strategy and goals and is also responsible to accurately achieve assigned tasks within required SLAs. Additionally, the position is also responsible for overseeing department overall coordination tasks, conveying circulars and Manager/Director directions to the team, delegation of certain tasks in coordination with Manager/Director and providing guidance, shadowing, and trainings to Project Coordinators within the department. This position is assigned for engineers/qualified employees capable of handling assigned region’s projects in terms of budget, scale of operation and resources, requiring intermediary project management skills, ability to work under pressure and capabilities in assisting Manager/Director in projects’

• Assist Manager/Director in successful handing-over of projects on-time and within budget, all in-line with company’s strategies, goals, and target
• Prepare Works PRs according to Project budget in coordination with Planning Engineer and Supply Chain Dep.
• Assign roles and tasks to dedicated team members, based on individual strengths and abilities.
• Coordinate internal and external resources, ensuring projects remain within scope, schedule, and defined budgets.
• Handle delays and coordinate with relative stakeholders to smoothen workflow and to tackle obstacles.
• Prepare Contractor’s interim payments, change orders, final payments according to Contract.
• Order Project materials from Warehouse, prepare PRs for required material when needed, material left-over and reconciliation, all in coordination with Supply Chaim Department.
• Track Works progress according to the Plan.
• Analyze Project data and help in Risk Mitigat.

• BSc. in Mechanical, Electrical, Telecom, Computer Engineering or a related field.
• PMP certification is strongly preferred.
• Proven experience in project management, with at least 4-5 years in a similar role within the telecommunications or ISP industry.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and guide cross-functional teams.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities, with a proactive attitude towards identifying and resolving issues.
• Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written; fluency in English and Arabic is required.
• Comprehensive knowledge of project management tools and methodologies.
• Strong analytical skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple projects concurrently and effectively prioritize tasks.
• Adept at Microsoft Office (MS Word, MS Excel, PowerPoint) and project management software.
