This position is responsible for managing the distribution and control of documents, including drawings and subsequent changes. This role ensures compliance with the company's Standard Operating Procedures for document and quality records management. The Document and Data Controller plays a critical role in maintaining the integrity and accessibility of documentation within the organization.
Job Duties:
- Manage the receipt, distribution, and archiving of all incoming and outgoing correspondences. • Ensure proper handling, storage, and accessibility of all engineering documents. • Oversee the management of technical submittals, ensuring compliance with relevant standards and procedures. • Maintain and control quality documents, ensuring they are filed and accessible in accordance with SOP requirements. • Ensure all document management activities comply with the EL Standard Operating Procedures for Document Management and Quality Records Management.
- Bachelor's degree in engineering (Civil Engineering preferred).
- 1-3 years of experience in project management and document flow management.
