Position Summary
AJC International is seeking a motivated and analytical Treasury Analyst to support our global treasury operations across North America, Latin America, Europe, and Asia. This role provides hands-on exposure to international cash management, foreign exchange risk management, liquidity planning, treasury reporting, and financial operations within a fast-paced global business environment.
The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, proactive, and eager to develop expertise in treasury and international finance while collaborating with cross-functional teams around the world.

Key Responsibilities
Treasury Operations & Cash Management
- Execute daily global cash management activities, including cash positioning, electronic payments, and bank reconciliations.
- Support global liquidity planning to ensure adequate funding for operational needs across multiple regions.
- Assist with day-to-day management of corporate credit facilities and debt activity.
- Prepare treasury-related journal entries and supporting documentation.
- Partner with accounting teams to resolve bank activity and cash-related inquiries.
- Maintain treasury documentation and support compliance with internal controls and audit requirements.
- Respond to internal and external treasury-related inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
Foreign Exchange & Risk Management
- Execute foreign exchange hedging transactions, settlements, and position monitoring activities.
- Assist in managing the company’s foreign exchange risk exposure across international markets.
- Prepare FX exposure reporting and support related accounting activities.
- Evaluate hedging alternatives and treasury products to support risk management strategies.
- Monitor global currency markets and macroeconomic developments impacting foreign exchange exposure.
Reporting & Analysis
- Prepare daily, weekly, monthly, and annual treasury and finance reports for management.
- Support treasury forecasting, cash flow analysis, and financial reporting initiatives.
- Assist with ad hoc financial analysis and special projects for finance leadership.
Process Improvement & Treasury Technology
- Support implementation and enhancement of treasury technology solutions and automation initiatives.
- Identify opportunities to improve efficiency, strengthen controls, and streamline treasury processes.
- Support initiatives related to data analytics, automation, and AI-enabled finance process improvements.
Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field required.
- University level accounting coursework preferred.
- 0–2 years of experience in treasury, accounting, finance, banking, or related fields preferred.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Highly detail oriented with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong sense of professionalism and ability to handle confidential information.
- Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Excel skills required.
- Experience with ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, or Business Central is a plus.
- Exposure to treasury management systems, financial reporting tools, or automation platforms is a plus.
- Knowledge of foreign currency transactions, translations, or hedging concepts is preferred.
Language Requirements
- Candidates must be fluent in English, including speaking, reading, and writing.
