The Bison Group is seeking a Air Systems Analyst to support our Intelligence Client's mission sets.

Roles and Responsibilities
A qualified candidate will perform the following duties and responsibilities, but are not limited to:

  • Conducts all-source analytic production of foreign military ground forces and systems including, but not limited to, doctrine, D&D, exercises, platforms, sensors, motor transport, armor, artillery, C2, logistical and maintenance, readiness, and missions.

Knowledge and Skills 

  • At least 8 years of relevant experience with a portion of that experience being within the last 2 years.
  • Bachelor's degree in an area related to the field of work
  • Conduct All-Source analysis of foreign air and air defense systems and air forces and operations to include, but not limited to, exercises, tactics, platforms, sensors, strategy and doctrine, weapons and readiness
  • Analyze military air force and potential commercial airline activities and assets to include, but not limited to, commercial airlines, military aircraft, cargo movements, logistical and maintenance, readiness, counternarcotic, elicit trade, command and control (C2), defensive systems, and air base infrastructure.
  • Maintain knowledge and proficiency of air platforms and weapon systems in the air domain, including but not limited to: fixed wing aircraft, rotor wing aircraft, unmanned arial vehicles, surface to air missiles, air to air missiles.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in an area related to the labor category from a college or university accredited by an agency recognized by the U.S. Department of Education.
  • TS/SCI clearance

Skills Required

  • At least 8 years of relevant experience, including some experience within the last 2 years
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field from an accredited college or university
  • Top Secret/Sensitive Compartmented Information (TS/SCI) clearance
  • All-source analysis experience covering foreign air forces, air defense systems, military aircraft, weapons, and air operations
  • Knowledge of air platforms and weapon systems, including fixed-wing aircraft, rotor-wing aircraft, unmanned aerial vehicles, surface-to-air missiles, and air-to-air missiles
