Description
Training and Development Specialist (T&DS) Requirements:
- The CFD will update or provide updates to course materials on all platforms and modalities, compile end-of-course data and draft reports, as needed.
- Enter/edit information into platforms used by CFD as directed by Government lead.
QUALIFICATIONS
All qualifications must be clearly documented and verifiable within the resume or verified/addressed specifically by the company in writing. All contractor personnel assigned to this contract, regardless of specific labor category, shall possess and maintain operational proficiency in utilizing, managing, navigating, and supporting the baseline learning management systems, collaboration software, authoring tools, and authorized government platforms listed below as applicable to their specific roles and detailed qualifications in sections 4.1 through 4.6. If the Government adopts, transitions to, or mandates additional systems or platforms not currently listed during the period of performance, the Government will provide initial system access and orientation/training, and the contractor shall maintain operational proficiency on those systems as directed.

Requirements
US Air Force Experience a plus
Skills Required
- Operational proficiency using, managing, navigating, and supporting Air Force e-Learning and other applicable learning management systems, including Blackboard and Moodle.
- Operational proficiency with Microsoft Teams and applicable virtual classroom or collaboration tools, including Zoom.
- Operational proficiency with Articulate 360 and Adobe Captivate.
- Operational proficiency with the Microsoft Office Suite.
- Operational proficiency with authorized, IL-compliant DoD secure AI tools accessed through GenAI.mil.
- U.S. Air Force experience.
