Advanced Agrilytics is seeking reliable, part-time help to join our Iowa Ag Ingenuity Partners (AIP) team, as a Research Field Specialist. The part-time Research Field Specialist will provide support to our field-scale research operations and team members. A high attention to detail is necessary, as well as accuracy in data collection and reporting. A Research Field Specialist has a desire to work autonomously, while producing results.
Advanced Agrilytics is an agronomy services company focused on unlocking the potential of every acre through direct-to-farm agronomic guidance, unbiased spatial research and sub-acre environment understanding, delivering on the promise of precision agriculture.
**Please note: This role is a part-time, temporary role, with work expected to wrap up mid- December 2025.
How you will help us grow:
- Provide support for plant sample processing according to protocol specifics
- Maintain a high level of organization to ensure all aspects of data collection are done accurately and effectively
- Communicates effectively with research team to identify critical issues
Experience you bring:
- Pursuing a degree in agriculture, agronomy, or related field is preferred
- On-farm experience is preferred
- Field research or lab research experience is a plus
- High attention to detail
- Ability to work independently
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel to research facility
- Must reside in the U.S. and live in the applicable regional territory
