A day in the life:
In this role, you will start your day by reviewing ongoing AI projects and assessing their performance against KPIs. You’ll meet with cross-functional teams to identify bottlenecks and brainstorm automation opportunities. Your afternoons may involve designing, coding, and testing AI-powered workflows to address identified inefficiencies. Between technical work, you’ll collaborate with stakeholders to gather feedback, refine solutions, and ensure adoption across departments. Wrapping up your day, you’ll prepare insights and reports for leadership, showcasing the measurable impact of your AI-driven innovations and planning next steps to enhance operational efficiency.
Responsibilities:
- Identify and prioritize administrative workflows across departments for AI-driven automation.
- Design, test, and deploy agent-based workflows using AI platforms and tools.
- Establish and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure workflow efficiency improvements.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand pain points and gather requirements for automation.
- Train and support teams in adopting AI-powered tools to enhance their daily operations.
- Maintain documentation for AI workflows, ensuring clarity and accessibility.
- Partner with external AI platform providers to leverage the best tools and practices.
Role Requirements:
- Experience with AI/ML platforms and workflow automation tools (e.g., OpenAI, Zapier, UiPath).
- Proficiency in scripting or programming languages like Python or JavaScript.
- Strong problem-solving skills with a focus on process improvement.
- Ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders effectively.
- Familiarity with integrating AI workflows into tools like Asana, Slack, or enterprise systems.
- Awareness of data privacy and security best practices in AI deployment.
- A proactive mindset and enthusiasm for leveraging AI to solve challenges.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
- Automate at least 10 workflows within the first 12 months, achieving a minimum time savings of 20% per process.
- Ensure a 90% adoption rate of implemented AI workflows across target departments within the first 6 months of deployment.
- Reduce time spent on administrative tasks by at least 30% across identified workflows.
- Achieve cost savings of at least $300,000 annually through AI-driven process optimizations.
- Deliver quarterly reports with data-backed insights showing a minimum of 15% efficiency gains in automated processes.
