AI Workflow Engineer
Salary: £60,000 per annum, plus company benefits
Location: Remote
Contract: Full Time 37.5 hours per week, Monday – Friday, 9am until 5:30pm with 1 hours unpaid lunch break

Purpose of role
This is an exciting opportunity for a person looking to elevate their career within our technology team!
Key responsibilities
- Build and deploy AI workflows and skills using AIVA
- Design prompts, tool integrations, workflows and evaluation frameworks
- Integrate AI solutions with APIs, databases and enterprise systems
- Build guardrails, exception handling and HITL patterns
- Rapidly build, test, demonstrate and refine solutions with clients
- Collaborate with Technical Leads, BAs, Integration Engineers and Operations SMEs
Personal attributes
- 3+ years in software engineering, AI/ML or automation platforms
- Strong knowledge of LLM APIs, prompt engineering, agent frameworks and AI orchestration
- Experience building production-quality AI applications and integrations
- Knowledge of evaluation, observability and guardrails
- Strong stakeholder communication and problem-solving skills
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering or related technical field
