About the role
We are seeking AI Workflow Engineers to design, build and deploy automated workflows and integrations on Opus.
You will translate solution designs into production-grade workflows, ensuring reliability, scalability and accurate execution of business logic across multiple systems. You operate at the core of delivery, turning structured designs into working, testable, maintainable automation.
Workflow design and build
● Re-engineer processes, document SDDs, gather technical requirements, and build the core automated workflows and integrations.
● Design and implement agentic workflows on Opus with clear orchestration, decision logic and exception handling.
● Translate functional requirements into workflow logic that is scalable and maintainable.
Integration development
● Build and manage integrations across enterprise systems using APIs, webhooks and data interfaces.
● Ensure reliable data flow, handling transformations, validations and error scenarios.
● Work with Architects to align on integration patterns and system interactions.
Testing and quality assurance
● Own unit testing and system integration testing for workflows and integrations.
● Develop and execute test cases covering core logic, edge cases and failure scenarios.
● Ensure workflows are stable, accurate and ready for UAT validation.
Documentation and collaboration
● Produce and maintain SDDs, integration specifications, configuration details and test cases.
● Work closely with Solutions Consultants to ensure accurate implementation of business logic.
● Collaborate with Platform Engineering on deployment readiness and environment configuration.
● Support issue resolution during UAT and post-deployment.
Requirements
● 3-6 years in software engineering, workflow automation or integration development.
● Experience with APIs, distributed systems or automation platforms.
Core skills
● Workflow thinking: designs structured, logical workflows with clear inputs, outputs and decision paths.
● Integration skills: strong understanding of APIs, data flows and system interactions.
● Testing mindset: focused on validation, edge cases and system reliability.
Skills Required
- 3-6 years in software engineering, workflow automation or integration development.
- Experience with APIs, distributed systems or automation platforms.
