AI Visibility Specialist Zen Media

Role Overview
We're looking for an organized, proactive, and AI-driven AI Visibility Specialist to support the delivery of Zen Media's AI-powered client services, including AI Accelerator, Published Monthly, PM Lite, and future AI Visibility offerings. This role combines client success, project coordination, AI visibility operations, account management, and workflow optimization to ensure every client engagement is delivered efficiently and with exceptional quality.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage AI-powered client engagements, including AI Accelerator, Published Monthly, PM Lite, and other AI Visibility services, from onboarding through reporting.
- Serve as the primary client contact, leading kickoff meetings, status calls, and ongoing communication.
- Prepare AI visibility reports, presentations, and performance updates.
- Coordinate timelines, deliverables, and cross-functional teams using Monday.com.
- Monitor project progress and proactively resolve workflow issues.
- Execute AI visibility campaigns and track AI citation performance.
- Leverage AI tools to streamline workflows, documentation, and operational processes.
- Maintain SOPs, knowledge bases, and internal documentation.
- Identify opportunities to improve efficiency, scalability, and client experience.
Qualifications
- 2–4 years of experience in project coordination, client success, account management, marketing operations, or a related role.
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
- Strong organizational and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Experience with project management platforms such as Monday.com, ClickUp, Asana, or similar.
- Comfortable adopting and utilizing AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, or similar platforms.
- Detail-oriented, proactive, and highly accountable.
It’s a Plus If You Have
- Experience in AI Visibility, SEO, GEO, PR, digital marketing, or agency environments.
- Experience presenting reports or managing client relationships.
- Familiarity with workflow automation, AI-assisted research, and knowledge management.
What Success Looks Like
Within your first 90 days, you'll:
- Independently manage AI-powered client services across multiple offerings, including AI Accelerator, Published Monthly, PM Lite, and future service lines.
- Lead client communications and reporting with confidence.
- Keep projects organized, on schedule, and running efficiently.
- Improve documentation and operational processes.
- Become a trusted partner for both clients and internal teams.
