What you'll be doing
- Devise and produce innovative video content using a mix of AI tools, motion graphics, and traditional editing workflows
- Propose new formats, experimental content ideas, and visual concepts aligned with our brand, platform capabilities, and audience trends
- Master and push the limits of cutting-edge AI tools, including (but not limited to):
- - VEO (OpenAI)
- - Runway ML (Gen-2)
- - Pika Labs
- - Kaiber
- - Sora (OpenAI, when available)
- - Midjourney + AnimateDiff
- - Topaz Video AI, EbSynth, Adobe Firefly, ElevenLabs (voice)
- Integrate motion graphics, 2D/3D elements, typography, and transitions to elevate content aesthetics and storytelling
- Build reusable templates, visual systems, and modular content formats for brand campaigns, social assets, product demos, and more
- Support key launches and hero campaigns with fast-turnaround creative assets adapted to different channels and markets
- Stay ahead of creative, cultural, and technological trends in AI video and generative media to continuously evolve our visual identity
- Collaborate with creatives, copywriters, marketers, product designers, and social media managers across regions
- Maintain an organized archive of projects, versions, assets, and AI workflows for consistency and scalability
What you'll bring
- 2 - 5+ years of experience in video production, motion graphics, or digital storytelling
- Fluency in both spoken and written English and Spanish is essential
- Experience in sports, betting, gaming, or entertainment industries is preferred. We can also consider work placements whilst completing your studies, if relevant
- Deep working knowledge of tools, including:
- - VEO, Runway, Pika, Kaiber, Midjourney, D-ID, etc.
- - Adobe After Effects, Premiere, Photoshop, Illustrator
- - (Bonus) Cinema 4D, Blender, Notch, Unreal or similar 3D/real-time tools
- Proven ability to ideate, prototype, and produce AI-powered video content at high quality
- A sharp visual eye and design sensibility: you know what looks fresh, cinematic, and brand-aligned
- A strong portfolio/demo reel showcasing both technical skill and original creative thinking
- Strategic mindset: You’re not just a technician, but a storyteller who understands narrative, format, and platform logic
- Passion for creative experimentation and new technologies
- Strong communication skills and experience collaborating in a multicultural, remote team
- Comfortable working under pressure, managing priorities, and iterating quickly
Even better if
- Understanding of TikTok, Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts aesthetics, and performance levers
- Experience creating AI-generated characters, digital doubles, or synthetic voice/video content
- Familiarity with prompt engineering and model fine-tuning
- Understanding of brand systems and content strategy
