Role Overview: As an AI video editor on Bold AI's Flywheel team, you design with AI as a native part of your toolkit and finish in Adobe. You work fast across the Creative and Production phases, taking a brief from concept to on-brand, platform-native execution at a volume that would be impossible by hand. You produce for named enterprise accounts, hold the line on brand, and feed every learning back into the system so each cycle starts sharper than the last.
About the Flywheel Platform: Flywheel is our proprietary platform that runs the content supply chain end-to-end. Our production team operates it, and you design inside it every day. It ingests a brand from a URL or brand book into a structured, prompt-ready profile (palette, tone, audience, visual direction), then lets you brief and generate across multiple models from one workspace. You organize, compare, and approve output in Collections, run an automated brand-fit and brand-safety check with Persona Lens, repair AI artifacts with Pixel Fix, and upscale to final delivery resolution. A production calendar keeps every asset and deadline on track, and one-click export ships shareable review links.
The stack you'll work in: Flywheel, Superscale, Luma, Open Art AI, Higgsfield, Canva, Claude, Runway, CapCut, Sora, ChatGPT, Adobe Creative Cloud, Linear, and Topaz.
What You'll DoTake briefs from concept through the Creative and Production phases of the Flywheel system, delivering on-brand, platform-native video at enterprise volume
Use AI tools natively throughout the process, generation, enhancement, voice, motion, and finish every asset in Adobe (Premiere Pro, After Effects)
Produce for named enterprise accounts, holding brand standards consistently across a high volume of assets and formats
Turn a creative brief into a finished, ready-to-post asset with minimal back-and-forth
Add captions, motion graphics, sound design, and pacing tuned to each platform (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube Shorts, LinkedIn, etc.)
Flag what's working and what isn't back into the Flywheel system so briefs, templates, and workflows get sharper each cycle
Manage multiple projects at once against a structured production cadence
Stay current on new AI video tools and know when they genuinely speed up quality output versus when traditional editing is the better call
5+ years of professional video editing experience, agency or in-house
Strong, finishing-level command of Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects
Hands-on, native use of AI video and audio tools (Runway, Pika, Sora, HeyGen, ElevenLabs, or similar), not as an occasional add-on but as part of how you work
A sharp eye for pacing, brand consistency, and platform-native content at real volume
Ability to take a detailed brief and deliver a finished asset without needing heavy revision cycles
Comfort producing for enterprise accounts where brand standards are non-negotiable
Strong organization and communication skills; you can manage your own queue, flag issues early, and feed learnings back into the system
Experience with Lifestyle, social, product, CBG
Basic motion graphics or animation skills
Experience working directly with a content production system or DAM
