Scopely is looking for an AI Transformation Lead to join our Live Games Portfolio team in our Barcelona or Israel hubs on a hybrid basis!

This role will help us accelerate AI adoption across the organization as it sits at the intersection of business, technology, and operations, focusing on identifying high-impact opportunities, translating them into practical solutions, and driving real adoption across teams.
What You’ll Do
- Partner with stakeholders to understand workflows, pain points, and inefficiencies
- Identify and prioritize high-impact opportunities for AI
- Translate business challenges into practical, scalable AI solutions
- Build and implement AI agents, tools, and workflows
- Drive adoption by embedding solutions into day-to-day work
- Promote AI awareness through sharing use cases, successes, and learnings
