What You’ll Do

• Design, develop, and deliver AI training programs tailored to technical and non-technical audiences.

• Conduct workshops, hands-on labs, and webinars on topics like machine learning, generative AI, LLMs, NLP, and AI ethics.

• Partner with internal teams and external clients to identify skill gaps and create customized learning paths.

• Continuously update training content to reflect the latest in AI trends, tools, and frameworks.

• Evaluate training effectiveness and improve content based on participant feedback.

• Collaborate with delivery teams to embed training into broader digital transformation efforts.

What We Look For

• 5+ years of experience in AI, data science, or related roles, with proven experience in delivering technical trainings.

• Strong knowledge of AI/ML concepts and hands-on experience with tools such as Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and Scikit-learn.

• Excellent communication and facilitation skills—able to teach both technical practitioners and business stakeholders.

• Experience designing curriculum or instructional content (bonus if using tools like Articulate, LMS platforms, etc.).
