Architecture & Technology team is looking for an AI Tech Lead to champion the AI transformation in our product development. You'll join a team of 6 other technology specialists, playing a key role in shaping AI to build better products, faster.

- As AI Tech Lead, you'll guide many product teams to effectively adopt AI in their engineering practices. Your work will directly boost productivity, speed up innovation and help us identify and act on new opportunities that deliver real value.
Your Key Responsibilities
- Drive AI Adoption: Define strategies and actively promote the use of Generative AI in software engineering, focusing on adoption and effectiveness at scale.
- Champion AI: Lead the way in identifying, experimenting with, and establishing best practices for high-impact Generative AI use cases and AI-driven software engineering. You will explore novel applications of AI and define standards to enhance our development capabilities.
- Inspire: Effectively communicate the value and potential of AI to diverse audiences within Visma, fostering understanding and enthusiasm to drive widespread adoption of AI initiatives.
- Collaborate & Empower: Work closely with product development teams to integrate AI tools and practices, helping them overcome challenges and succeed with AI.
- You will translate strategy into practice:
- Run hands-on workshops to upskill developers on tools like GitHub Copilot or Cursor.
- Deliver inspiring sessions and demos on latest genAI tools.
- Evaluate genAI tools and create proof-of-concepts with tangible impact.
What We’re Looking For
- AI Fluency: Hands-on experience with generative AI, prompt engineering and AI-powered development tools.
- Strategic & result-oriented mindset: Skilled at identifying how AI is transforming product development and translating these innovations into practical, scalable in-house services that are easily accessible to Visma companies.
- Excellent communicator: You can explain complex AI concepts clearly, inspire teams, and contribute to positive change within a large organization.
- Change Driver: Experience or a strong aptitude for guiding teams through technology transitions and fostering the adoption of new practices.
- Passionate: A passion for technology, a proactive approach, and a love for working with others to achieve ambitious goals.
- Software engineering: Deep understanding of software architectures, development practices, and engineering principles.
