Responsibilities
• Lead strategy implementation across our product ecosystem — including AI services, digital products, and product launches across multiple verticals.
• Own an integrated enterprise strategic roadmap: prioritize initiatives, define milestones, allocate resources, and translate executive vision into measurable outcomes.
• Manage delivery across 30–50 simultaneous projects: set targets, align cross-functional teams, remove blockers, and ensure timely, measurable impact.
• Build and maintain AI-enhanced KPI dashboards and predictive reports; run strategic reviews and lead rapid mitigation for risks and dependencies.

Requirements

Must-have qualifications
• 4+ years’ experience in strategy, strategic operations, or management consulting with proven results in fast-moving, tech-enabled organizations.
• Hands-on experience implementing strategy across product portfolios, including digital product development and product launches.
• Practical expertise with KPI frameworks and OKRs; dashboards and planning tools (Power BI, Tableau, Asana, Notion, WorkBoard) and AI-enabled analytics.
• Fluent English and available to overlap with global timezones.

Nice-to-have
• Experience in digital health, SaaS, or product-led growth environments.
• Background in management consulting or scaling strategy teams and playbooks.


Benefits

Compensation & performance bonuses

Base fee: USD $1,500–$2,500 per month (depending on experience).
Monthly performance bonus: USD $500+/mo for KPI over-performance tied to revenue growth, conversions, and engagement metrics

Payment & contractor terms

Independent Contractor status only. Payment in USD via Wise or bank direct deposit. Invoicing monthly. No employee benefits; paid time off available for strong performance and exceeding KPIs.
