What? [You'll be doing] 👀
As an AI Strategy Lead, you will work at the intersection of commercial growth and strategic execution. You will act as the primary bridge between our technical engineering teams and our clients' C-suite, leading design sprints and ensuring our AI strategies align with long-term business value.
Key responsibilities:
- Strategic advisory: Use your consulting background to create robust AI strategies for tech scale-ups using our proven frameworks.
- Account management: Own the success, progression, and relationship of at least 3 key client accounts, acting as their trusted advisor.
- Commercial growth: Drive customer acquisition and connect with Venture Capital players for our AI Due Diligence value proposition.
- Hub leadership: Partner with our Utrecht Leads to grow the local team, mentor engineers on business awareness, and identify new market propositions.
Requirements
We are looking for a leader who understands the "why" behind the "how" in AI and data technology.
Expertise & skills 🔧
- Experience: Multiple years in consulting or a similar background, specifically within the data, tech, or AI space.
- Strategic Toolset: Strong account and project management skills with a track record of leading complex strategic design sprints.
- Technical Literacy: Comfortable discussing machine learning, cloud infrastructure, and data engineering challenges.
- Network: An existing network within the Dutch tech/scale-up scene and experience connecting with C-level stakeholders (CTO, CEO, CIO) is a big pre.
