What experience should you have (Do they have/Have they):
- 5+ years in AI, ML, or advanced analytics; strong AI/ML fundamentals.
- Ability to articulate complex ideas simply and credibly, and create executive-level presentations.
- A deep understanding of ethical AI principles and best practices.
- AI/ML/analytics experience in a highly-regulated industry (healthcare, finance, energy, defense).
- Expertise in change management processes and a deep appreciation for its value in enterprise solution adoption.
What you’ll be doing in this role (Can they):
- Partner with clients and internal teams to scope AI opportunities, translate business challenges into practical AI use cases, and define measurable outcomes.
- Facilitate stakeholder discussions to understand priorities, identify risks, and align AI solutions to business goals.
- Advise on solution design choices — balancing innovation, usability, and risk management to ensure responsible and effective AI adoption.
- Build and refine AI strategy materials including pitch decks, business cases, and roadmaps that clearly articulate value, ROI, and governance standards.
- Lead and support design thinking and process optimization efforts, helping organizations rethink how work gets done with AI.
- Educate and enable teams by contributing to workshops and trainings that demystify AI concepts and build confidence in new ways of working.
What you’ll need to accomplish in your first year (Will they):
- Drive AI adoption by turning business challenges into actionable strategies.
- Build trusted partnerships across business and technical teams.
- Establish scalable AI frameworks that make solutions practical and repeatable.
