About the Role:

Axion Ray is looking for an AI Solutions Director who can turn solutions into repeatable, scalable value. You are the delivery backbone of our customer accounts — setting the architecture, coordinating the team, and making sure every engagement runs efficiently and lands measurable outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Own end-to-end delivery and use case portfolio across your accounts.

  • Drive adoption and value realization post-launch, keeping customers moving from pilot to impact.

  • Coordinate and develop junior teammates to deliver at a high and consistent standard.

  • Manage delivery margin; building efficient operating models on every account.

Requirements:

  • 4-8+ years of experience in solutions consulting, technical delivery, or customer success management.

  • Proven track record of architecting and managing complex enterprise implementations end to end.

  • Experience coordinating cross-functional delivery teams and developing individual contributors.

  • Strong analytical mindset; tracks delivery margin, adoption curves, and value realization metrics.

  • Demonstrated ability to create scalable playbooks that other teams adopt.

  • Excellent communicator who can serve as the customer’s primary delivery authority.

  • Experience in AI/ML, SaaS, or industrial technology delivery environments preferred.
