As we expand our impact, we seek AI Solutions Consultants to join our growing Services Team. In this role, you'll partner with clients to analyze business processes, develop data-driven strategies, and implement AI solutions that create immediate impact. You'll leverage our proprietary acceleration frameworks and platform to deliver tangible business outcomes rapidly. This role requires a unique combination of strategic thinking, technical acumen, and consultative expertise to guide organizations through their transformation journey.
This is a fully remote role, supported by an Atlanta-based team, and may include occasional travel to client sites based on project needs.
The ideal candidate has:
- Training & Education - Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Analytics, Computer Science, Industrial Engineering, Business, or a related field; 3+ years of experience in management consulting or a consultative role, ideally in AI, data analytics, or digital transformation. Note: Recent graduates with exceptional academic and relevant internship experience will be considered for our AI Solutions Analyst position, which serves as a pathway to the AI Solutions Consultant role.
- Leadership & Client Engagement – Strong leadership presence with thoughtful, strategic client engagement and communication skills. Confident in stakeholder meetings, able to build trust, and effectively convey complex ideas; Skilled at analyzing business processes, understanding client needs, and guiding organizations through AI-driven transformation.
- Technical Acumen – Experience with and working knowledge of SQL, JSON, and Python (basic scripting), with a background in data analytics, BI, or software implementation.
- Resourceful and Proactive – A hands-on problem solver with a "get it done" attitude, ready to jump in, tackle challenges head-on, and find creative solutions to drive results.
- Problem-Solving and Adaptability – A self-starter who thrives in ambiguity, can creatively solve problems, and manage multiple projects across different industries.
- GenAI and Prompt Engineering Expertise – Strong hands-on experience with LLMs (e.g., GPT, Gemini, Claude) and prompt engineering to refine AI outputs for business use.
- Data Storytelling and Insight Communication – Ability to translate complex data into meaningful insights, crafting compelling narratives that help clients make informed, data-driven business decisions.
- Passion for Learning and Innovation – A curious and driven individual who embraces continuous learning, stays up-to-date on AI advancements and contributes to product enhancements.
Bonus points if you have:
- Experience in management consulting and/or deep vertical specialization.
- Familiarity with Kimball Group’s Best Practices for data modeling and warehousing.
