AI is changing how organisations operate, but most businesses struggle to move beyond isolated AI tools and disconnected experiments.

At SPACE44, we deploy PIPE44, our AI operations platform, inside client environments and work alongside organisations to embed AI into the way they operate. We govern how AI agents access information, interact with business systems and deliver consistent, reliable outcomes across the organisation.

We don't deliver strategy decks or one-off implementations. We build, operate and continuously improve AI capability within our clients' businesses. We run the system, we own the outcomes, and we stay.

We're looking for experienced professionals who enjoy solving business problems, working closely with stakeholders and turning complex challenges into practical AI solutions.

You may come from a background in AI solutions architecture, digital transformation, enterprise technology, knowledge management, business process improvement or a similar field. What matters most is your ability to understand how organisations operate, translate business needs into practical AI solutions and build trusted relationships with the people you work with.

This is a hands-on delivery role. You'll spend time understanding how organisations work, designing AI solutions around their business processes, implementing those solutions through PIPE44 and partnering with clients to ensure they deliver long-term value. • Understand how client organisations operate and identify opportunities where AI can create measurable business value.

• Lead discovery sessions and solution design activities with business stakeholders.

• Design practical AI operating models aligned to each organisation's objectives and ways of working.

• Configure AI agents, knowledge structures and governance within PIPE44.

• Guide organisations through onboarding, implementation and long-term AI adoption.

• Build trusted relationships with business and operational stakeholders.

• Measure AI adoption, solution quality and business outcomes, identifying opportunities for continuous improvement.

• Partner with Embedded AI Engineers to ensure successful implementation and delivery.

• Help shape the evolution of PIPE44 by bringing real-world client challenges and successful delivery patterns back into the platform.

• 7+ years of professional experience in solutions architecture, enterprise technology, AI transformation, digital transformation, knowledge management, business process improvement or a related field.

• Demonstrated experience working directly with business stakeholders, department leaders or executive teams.

• Strong practical understanding of Large Language Models (LLMs), Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), AI agents and modern enterprise AI workflows.

• Experience designing or implementing AI-enabled business solutions in production environments.

• Understanding of AI governance, knowledge management and responsible AI practices.

• Ability to translate business challenges into practical AI-enabled solutions.

• Strong documentation, communication and stakeholder management skills.

• Comfortable working with structured governance, accountability and delivery processes.

• Experience working in remote, client-facing environments is highly desirable.

• Strong ownership mentality, you deliver what you commit to.

• Business-fluent English (written and verbal).

• Final business decisions remain with the client's leadership team.

• Technical implementation is delivered in partnership with our Embedded AI Engineers.

• AI solutions are designed collaboratively, successful adoption depends on working alongside client teams rather than replacing them.

You'll work with organisations that are genuinely committed to transforming how they operate with AI, not simply experimenting with the latest technology.

Every engagement presents a different challenge. One week you might be helping a logistics company redesign operational workflows, the next enabling an HR team to build an AI-powered knowledge hub or supporting leadership in embedding AI across their organisation.

Your work doesn't end when a solution goes live. You'll continue helping clients expand and improve their AI capability while contributing to the ongoing evolution of PIPE44 through real-world experience.
