AI Solution Expert

About your role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated AI Solution Expert to join our team. The AI Solution Expert is responsible for designing, developing and maintaining AI solutions that create business value. The role combines hands-on solution development with the identification of new AI opportunities, taking ideas from concept and experimentation through to production-ready implementation. This role requires a deep understanding of AI technologies, excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.

Your Key Responsibilities

• Develop, implement and maintain AI solutions that meet business needs.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to identify opportunities for AI applications and improvements.
• Ensure the scalability and reliability of AI solutions.
• Conduct research and stay updated on the latest AI trends and technologies.
• Provide technical guidance and support to team members and other departments.
• Evaluate and recommend AI tools and platforms.
• Monitor and analyze the performance of AI solutions and make necessary adjustments.
• Test and document AI solutions and processes.

This is a full-time position based in either Espoo or Turku. While we offer a hybrid working model, this role requires regular on-site presence to support effective collaboration and business needs. This position reports to Head of Development Services.

Our expectations

To succeed in this position, you will have the following:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, or a related field.
• At least three years of experience in developing and implementing AI solutions.
• Experience on transforming proof-of-concepts to production ready solutions
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proactive hands-on attitude
• Experience in managing external partners.
• Experience implementing AI agents
• Knowledge of cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.

Preferred Skills:

• Understanding of AI and machine learning algorithms and techniques.
• Experience with AI model deployment and monitoring.
• Certifications in AI or cloud
• Programming skills in languages such as Python, R, or Java is a plus
