AI Solution Architect

As the AI Solutions Architect, you will be responsible for designing and implementing AI/ML solutions to advance the ZL Platform. Your role will involve working with stakeholders to identify business needs and requirements, proposing technical solutions, and leading the implementation of the chosen solutions

• Partner with Engineering, Product, Sales teams to secure design wins at customers. Enable development and growth of ZL product features through customer feedback and PoC evaluations
• Be accountable for the success, quality, and delivery of AI/ Machine Learning components.
• Act as a problem solver to address organizational and process challenges, leveraging technical expertise to bridge gaps, streamline operations, and facilitate smooth execution of partnership initiatives.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of AI and Data Engineering trends and apply this expertise to improve team performance and product quality.

• Foster a culture of innovation, continuous improvement, and excellence in software development.
• Own problems end-to-end, and are willing to pick up whatever knowledge you’re missing to get the job done.
• Have the ability to move fast in an environment where things are sometimes loosely defined and may have competing priorities or deadline.
• Enjoy collaborating with teams across the organization such as Engineering/Research, Sales, Product, and Marketing.
• Effective verbal/written communication, and technical presentation skills.
• Self-starter with passion for growth, enthusiasm for continuous learning and sharing findings across the team.
• Libraries: Py torch, transformers
• Knowledge of quantization and model deployment
• Preferred fine tune  LLM using pytorch

• PhD or master’s degree in computer science, Artificial Intelligence, or other relevant disciplines.
• 10+ years of experience working in AI/ML (ideally with vector databases) with production experience in implementing AI/ML solutions in products.
