We’re looking for an AI Software Developer (0 - 1 years of experience) to help us develop and integrate our Computer Vision models into cloud environments and production systems.

You’ll design and build APIs and UIs, orchestrate ML inference pipelines, and deploy solutions to the cloud. Working closely with our ML engineers, you’ll ensure our AI components evolve into robust, scalable end-to-end products.

• Design, build, and maintain CRUD APIs and web interfaces
• Train and integrate Machine Learning inference pipelines into cloud systems
• Deploy, monitor, and maintain applications in AWS
• Collaborate with ML engineers on system architecture and model integration
• Contribute to improving scalability, reliability, and CI/CD pipelines

We use a mix of modern tools and languages. You’ll have the chance to explore and work with technologies like these:

• Languages: Python, Typescript, Rust, SQL
• ML Frameworks: PyTorch, ONNX
• API Frameworks: FastAPI, Express.js
• Databases: Postgres, Apache Iceberg
• Cloud: AWS
  

This is a hybrid position from Milan. Candidates are expected to join the team in our Milan office (Via Zuretti 34, Milan) three times per week, on Tuesdays, Wednesday and Thursdays.

Working hours:

• Monday–Friday: 8:30 – 17:30 CET

1. CTO Screening (15 min): Company and role presentation, alignment on expectations.
2. CEO Screening (15 min): Q&A round, alignment on project.
3. Technical Interview (60 min): Technical discussion on ML principles and system design. No whiteboard coding or Leetcode-style questions.

• Full-time contract (tempo indeterminato)
• Up to 32k€ RAL, depending on experience
• Yearly bonus based on KPIs fulfilment

• Proficiency in Python and/or Typescript;
• Experience with Computer Vision and, in particular, PyTorch
• Familiarity with API development (FastAPI or Express.js);
• Good understanding of databases (SQL or NoSQL) and experience with querying and managing data;
• Knowledge of version control systems (e.g., Git);
• B2+ English proficiency;

• Experience with cloud providers (AWS or Azure);
• Experience in Typescript, React and Tailwind CSS for the frontend;
• Experience with interaction with LLMs (GPT, Claude, Gemini) via API calls;
• Experience with running Machine Learning inference jobs with PyTorch or ONNX.
