Role Summary:

Translate strategic concepts, AI behaviors, and conversational patterns into cohesive, elegant product experiences. Work closely with engineering to deliver polished flows and reusable components that scale across the platform.

Qualifications:

· 7+ years of experience

· Experience turning complex ideas into clean, intuitive product flows

· Experience working with and extending design systems

· Ability to refine interactions, states, and edge cases

· Strong usability mindset and focus on consistency and clarity

· Collaboration skills that ensure designs move smoothly from concept to build.
