We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Manager to lead and oversee AI-driven projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management methodologies, AI technologies, and leadership. You will be responsible for ensuring AI projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with business objectives.
An AI project involves developing an image recognition system that combines OCR and LLMs to extract structured data from images with exceptional accuracy. This system is designed to automate data entry.
Key Responsibilities:
• Plan, execute, and oversee AI projects from initiation to completion, ensuring timely delivery and budget adherence.
• Collaborate with AI engineers, data scientists, product managers, and stakeholders to define project scope and objectives.
• Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and resource allocation strategies.
• Identify project risks and develop mitigation strategies.
• Monitor and report on project progress, KPIs, and deliverables.
• Ensure seamless communication between technical and non-technical teams.
• Drive continuous improvement in AI project delivery methodologies.
• Stay updated with the latest AI trends and best practices.
Requirements:
• 5+ years of project management experience, with at least 2 years leading AI or machine learning projects.
• Strong understanding of AI, ML, and data science workflows.
• Experience with Agile, Scrum, and Kanban methodologies.
• Proven ability to manage multiple stakeholders and drive alignment.
• Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Jira, Asana, Trello).
• Excellent problem-solving, leadership, and organizational skills.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
