Job responsibilities
- Lead the enterprise-wide strategy for adopting artificial intelligence across product management practices within Infrastructure Platforms
- Drive the transition to AI- and agent-first product management ways of working, embedding AI into product strategy, prioritization, planning, execution, and value realization
- Establish and scale frameworks, tools, and operating models that enable consistent AI adoption across product teams
- Partner with product, engineering, and senior stakeholders to identify high-impact use cases and implement practical AI-enabled solutions
- Modernize product management workflows to improve speed, precision, efficiency, and measurable business outcomes
- Enable product teams to translate AI capabilities into repeatable practices that improve decision-making, prioritization, and delivery effectiveness
- Lead organizational transformation efforts, including change management, stakeholder engagement, and adoption strategies to embed new ways of working
- Define success metrics and monitor adoption, effectiveness, and business impact of AI-driven product management capabilities
- Identify opportunities to optimize product operations through scalable automation, intelligent insights, and improved workflow design
Foster a culture of innovation, experimentation, and continuous improvement across product management teams and serve as a strategic advisor to leadership on the future of AI-enabled product management and operating model evolution
Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills
- 8+ years of experience in product management, product operations, transformation, or strategy roles
- Demonstrated experience leading large-scale organizational transformation or operating model change initiatives
- Strong understanding of product management practices, including strategy, prioritization, planning, execution, and value realization
- Proven experience applying artificial intelligence, automation, or intelligent workflow capabilities to business or product management processes
- Ability to translate emerging AI capabilities into practical, scalable solutions for product teams
- Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills, with experience partnering across product, engineering, and senior leadership teams
- Experience building frameworks, tools, or repeatable processes that drive consistency and adoption across large organizations
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to define metrics, assess outcomes, and drive data-informed decision-making
- Excellent communication, facilitation, and storytelling skills with the ability to engage technical and non-technical audiences
- Proven ability to lead through ambiguity and drive measurable business outcomes in complex environments
