AI Product Strategist & Innovation Manager

We’re looking to bring on board a visionary, generalist profile with a strong passion for Artificial Intelligence, to drive transformation and innovation across the business. Your mission will be to act as a catalyst, identifying high-impact opportunities where AI can modernize operations, create new value propositions, and optimize existing products.

You will lead a technical team responsible for supporting this transformation and working closely with them to coordinate the impact and implementation of optimization strategies across current and future workflows—applying the most effective automation solutions.

Responsibilities:

• Proactively identify and assess opportunities to implement AI-powered innovation and automation solutions across different business areas.
• Translate business needs and AI capabilities into concrete use cases, define product/project roadmaps, and prioritize initiatives based on potential impact and feasibility.
• Drive AI initiatives from ideation and conceptual design to implementation oversight, collaborating closely with technical, product, and business teams.
• Act as a change agent—helping teams adopt new AI tools and processes, ensuring smooth transitions and maximizing value.
• Collaborate with department leaders, product managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to align AI initiatives with company strategy.
• Promote rapid iteration and execution, regularly delivering prototypes and updates to demonstrate value and gather feedback.
• Stay up to date on the latest trends, tools, and best practices in AI, continuously evaluating their applicability.
• Lead a specialized automation team with close collaboration across development departments.

• Proven Experience in High-Impact Roles: You’ve previously worked in roles such as Product Management, Growth, Entrepreneurship, Innovation Consulting, Operations, Automation, or similar—where you’ve conceptualized, launched, and/or scaled meaningful products, projects, or initiatives.
• Technical Team Leadership: Experience managing technical teams and aligning with cross-functional departments. Skilled in performance tracking and team motivation.
• Hands-On Passion and Knowledge in AI: You have a clear understanding of current AI trends and the capabilities of various models/tools (LLMs, generative AI, etc.), and how they can be applied to solve business problems and create value.
• Builder & Executor Mindset: You’re action-oriented—you don’t just strategize, you drive things forward and deliver tangible results.
• Strategic Vision & Analytical Thinking: You can see the big picture, identify key levers, and make data-driven decisions.
• Leadership & Collaboration: You’re able to lead cross-functional initiatives, motivate others, and work effectively with diverse profiles (engineering, marketing, operations, etc.).
• Strong Communication Skills: You can clearly and persuasively explain complex ideas to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Technical Fluency: While you don’t need to be a programmer, you should understand the fundamentals of AI solutions and communicate effectively with engineers.
• Proactivity, Curiosity & Adaptability: You’re self-motivated, fast-learning, and thrive in dynamic, evolving environments. You see opportunity where others see problems.

• Experience working in large organizations or driving change in established environments.
• Prior application of AI in specific business contexts (e.g., workflow automation, e-commerce personalization, marketing optimization, etc.).
• Familiarity with Agile product development methodologies.
• Experience with modern tools across real-world projects, including:
• Data/BI: Tableau, Qlik, PowerBI
• Productivity & Project Management: Notion, Jira
• Workflow Automation: n8n, Zapier, Make
• AI Stack: APIs (OpenAI, Claude, Gemini), frameworks (LangChain, CrewAI), platforms like Hugging Face, and generative tools like Midjourney
• Digital Marketing & Analytics: Google Ads, GA4, Firebase, AppsFlyer, Amplitude
• Design & Rapid Prototyping: Figma, Canva
