Responsibilities:
- Define and drive the AI strategy for content creation, review, and approval while ensuring compliance with life sciences regulations
- Identify AI use cases such as automated content generation, compliance checks, metadata tagging, and MLR approval workflows.
- Ensure AI-powered features align with industry needs, including global regulatory compliance, brand consistency, and localization.
- Ensure AI models support modular content reuse, brand guidelines, and regulatory language requirements.
- Drive the development of Natural Language Processing (NLP) models using conversational AI
- Integrate AI-assisted authoring tools to help marketers and medical writers create compliant content faster.
- Groom engineering teams to integrate AI features into the content authoring platform
Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years experience as a Product Owner, Product Manager or Delivery Manager
- Demonstrated success in defining and launching products that meet and exceed business objectives
- Experience in IT Pharma industry
- Proven ability to influence cross-functional teams without formal authority
- Subject matter expertise in AI

- *Auto-tagging claims to references (linking medical sources)
