The Role

AI Product Manager – LSEG Workspace  

 

What you can expect 

As the senior product manager for our platform LSEG Workspace, our flagship product, and products across the Microsoft Office Suite, you will drive the development of AI experiences including Search, Chat, Alerts, and agentic workflows, that are essential to our customers. Reporting directly to the Product Lead for AI & Personalisation, you will provide leadership and direction for multiple full-stack squads made up of Product Designers, Engineers and Data Scientists   

You will be responsible for helping define and implementing the product strategy improving the LSEG Workspace AI Strategy. You will get the opportunity to work directly on most strategic and industry changing products with market moving impact by working closely with cross-functional teams. Additionally, you will work closely with a group of high performing group of product managers to deliver on the suite of AI capabilities.  

You will be encouraged to take ownership of tasks and combined with a flat organizational structure, will provide you with numerous opportunities to interact with senior leaders and the ability to make a noticeable contribution to the team and the platform. 

What you’ll be doing 

  • Own product roadmap for AI-driven search and Agentic workflows.  

  • Design and implement AI evaluation frameworks to measure model performance, accuracy, and relevance in real-world financial workflows. 

  • Lead user discovery initiatives—conduct interviews, usability studies, and data-driven research to deeply understand customer needs and problems. 

  • Establish continuous feedback loops by integrating user insights, behavioral analytics, and A/B testing into product development to refine AI experiences. 

  • Drive end-to-end product development: from strategy and requirements to UX prototypes, engineering execution, and launch.  

  • Collaborate with platform and community teams to prioritize features that improve engagement and deliver measurable business outcomes.  

  • Define KPIs, analyze usage data, and leverage user feedback to continuously optimize product performance.  

  • Lead agile ceremonies and ensure alignment with organizational objectives and key results.  

  • Communicate complex ideas clearly across technical and business collaborators, influencing decisions at all levels. 

What you’ll need 

  • Proven track record of building successful, large-scale client-facing products in finance or technology.  

  • 6+ years of experience in product management, ideally in a matrixed, global organization.  

  • Expertise in Search technologies, personalization, and recommendation algorithms.  

  • Familiarity with AI/ML applications and modern experimentation frameworks (A/B testing, feedback loops).  

  • Data-driven decision maker—comfortable using analytics, KPIs, and user insights to inform product strategy and prioritize features. 

  • Deep understanding of financial industry workflows and customer problems, with the ability to translate these into compelling product stories and actionable requirements. 

  • Strong critical thinking combined with hands-on execution—someone who thrives on delivering results.  

  • Exceptional communication skills and ability to work across engineering, data science, and business teams.
