As an AI Product Manager, Vice President - Global Salesforce CRM in Asset Management, you are an integral part of the team that delivers and supports new AI product offerings across a global base of users. You will leverage your product manager skill sets, Salesforce knowledge, LLMs, and a passion for the user experience to deliver solutions that drive commercial outcomes and exceed stakeholder expectations. Your role involves fostering cross-product collaboration, managing relationships flawlessly at all levels, and partnering with global users and stakeholders to bring high-impact capabilities to the platform, transforming sales practices and building long-term client relationships.
Job responsibilities

Manages discovery efforts and research to uncover solutions and integrate them into the product roadmap

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills

5+ years of experience or equivalent expertise in AI product management or a relevant domain area

Advanced knowledge of the product development life cycle with some experience in front to back data management and quality

Proven ability to lead product life cycle activities including discovery, ideation, strategic development, requirements definition, and value management

Expert proficiency in Salesforce applications--(e.g., Sales Cloud, Agentforce, Data Cloud, —with a focus on Sales Cloud and its optimization aligned to business needs.

Proven ability to deliver AI products with testing, observability and evaluation of the AI features

Excellent communication and presentation abilities, enabling clear articulation of platform strategies to stakeholders.

Proven ability to communicate with clarity, conviction, and confidence, to bring product strategy and plans to life in the language of the business.

Experience driving global enterprise change within organizations and managing stakeholders across multiple functions.
