This role is an opportunity to help shape quality as a core part of product delivery. As an AI-powered QA Automation professional, you will bring a strong sense of ownership to test automation, contribute to product quality from early planning through release, and work closely with cross-functional teams in a fast-moving environment where clear communication and thoughtful execution matter.
Responsibilities- Design, build, and maintain AI-assisted automated test frameworks using Playwright
- Create and execute end-to-end, API, and regression test suites for web applications
- Collaborate with product and engineering teams to define quality strategy early
- Analyze failures, report defects clearly, and drive issues through resolution
- Improve QA processes in a fast-paced startup environment with strong ownership
Requirements
- Senior-level experience in QA automation.
- Hands-on experience creating and executing web UI end-to-end, API, and regression test suites.
- Experience with Playwright and AI-assisted test automation.
- Experience working with CI/CD pipelines.
- Background in startup environments or the North American market.
- Experience partnering closely with product and engineering on quality strategy, including helping define test coverage early, aligning on release quality, and driving defects through resolution.
- Advanced English proficiency.
