About the Job
We are looking for an AI Solutions & Power Platform Specialist with strong hands-on experience in Microsoft Copilot, Copilot Studio, Power Apps, Power Automate, SharePoint Online, AI Builder, and Generative AI. The role will focus on identifying business opportunities, building AI-powered solutions and Copilot agents, developing Power Platform automations, and driving enterprise-wide AI adoption.
What You'll Do
- Drive adoption of Microsoft 365 Copilot and develop Copilot Studio agents and domain-specific AI assistants for business processes.
- Design and develop Power Apps, Power Automate workflows, SharePoint solutions, AI Builder integrations, and Dataverse solutions to enable business automation.
- Build AI-powered workflows and integrate Power Apps with Copilot agents to improve operational efficiency.
- Develop reusable prompt libraries, AI templates, automation accelerators, and best practices while applying prompt engineering and AI-first principles.
- Support AI governance, security, knowledge sources, agent permissions, responsible AI, and data security across Power Platform and Copilot solutions.
- Evaluate emerging technologies, build PoCs and prototypes, and recommend AI and automation solutions aligned with business needs.
- Conduct training and workshops and contribute to building an AI Community of Practice across the organization.
What We Seek In You
- 3+ years of hands-on experience in Microsoft Power Platform, with strong expertise in Power Apps and Power Automate.
- 2+ years of experience with AI/Copilot technologies, particularly Microsoft Copilot and Copilot Studio.
- Strong hands-on experience with SharePoint Online, AI Builder, Dataverse, Microsoft 365, and Power Platform governance.
- Strong understanding of Generative AI, Prompt Engineering, Agent Design, Responsible AI, and AI Governance.
- Experience building and integrating AI agents, business workflows, REST APIs, and enterprise automation solutions.
- Good understanding of Microsoft Copilot, Copilot Studio, Power Platform, and AI-driven business solutions.
- Exposure to Claude AI, Azure AI Services, Azure OpenAI, GitHub Copilot, Python, SQL, Power BI, and RPA concepts is preferred.
- Strong communication, problem-solving, stakeholder management, training, and collaboration skills with the ability to bridge business and technology teams.
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, Data Science, or a related discipline.

- Experience delivering enterprise-scale AI and Power Platform automation solutions.
- Exposure to Azure AI Services, Azure OpenAI, Claude AI, Dataverse, GitHub Copilot, Python, SQL, Power BI, and RPA.
- Experience creating PoCs, reusable automation frameworks, prompt libraries, and AI accelerators.
- Experience conducting AI/Power Platform training and contributing to an AI Community of Practice.

Skills Required
- 3+ years of hands-on experience with Microsoft Power Platform, including strong Power Apps and Power Automate expertise
