About the Role:
We’re looking for a Backend Engineer to help build and scale the core services that power our AI platform. This role is about depth — systems architecture, distributed computing, and backend reliability. You’ll work on foundational components like data orchestration, identity and access, audit logging, or job scheduling — the “invisible glue” that makes the platform work.
What You’ll Do:
- Design, build, and maintain backend services used across the platform.
- Own infrastructure-level decisions and long-term technical health.
- Collaborate with Product Managers and Solution Architects to support real-world use cases.
- Monitor performance, optimize systems, and improve observability and reliability.
- Help evolve our service architecture and scaling strategies.
What We’re Looking For:
- 3+ years experience in backend or systems engineering.
- Strong proficiency in Go and Python.
- Prior experience working with microservice architecture, containerization and orchestration tools.
- Familiarity with infrastructure tools like Kubernetes, Kafka, Postgres, or Terraform.
- Bonus: Experience in AWS, enterprise SaaS, or AI/ML infra.
