LET’S GET DOWN TO BUSINESS
We are looking for a business analyst to strengthen our Banking and Payments team. You will be responsible for:
- Establishing collaborative relationships with external and internal stakeholders, be a bridge between product teams, AI specialists, data specialists, IT teams and client executives.
- Working closely with clients to define and optimize their AI roadmap, conceptualise use cases, and translate them into actionable solutions
- Gather accurate requirements and create user stories
- Design and deliver pilot programs and PoCs leveraging AI/ML techniques in payments operations.
- Strategically and creatively think about how the consumer experience should work; translating a vision to processes and requirements
- Shaping and executing complex digital transformations
- Provide thought leadership in emerging AI trends within payments (GenAI, AgenticAI, real-time anomaly detection, NLP-driven customer support).

It will be very useful if you have some or all of the following skills and experience:
Background:
Required Experience & Skills
- 3–8 years of experience in payments or banking, including substantial exposure to technology-driven innovation.
- Hands-on experience with AI/ML in financial services—fraud analytics, personalization engines, predictive models.
- Understanding of payments infrastructure (ISO20022, SWIFT, International payments, SCT, SDD & SEPA instant payments).
- Strong Agile delivery and business analysis capabilities.
- Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and workshop facilitation.
Softskills & Knowledge:
- Fluency in English and French/Dutch is a must
- Ability to create and validate business cases demonstrating ROI for AI initiatives.
- Ability to run sessions with stakeholders to get requirements
- Independently leading sessions to gather information from key stakeholders
- Effective communicator - liaising between stakeholders and users
- Gather requirements, design user stories, and ensure Agile delivery of AI-enhanced solutions.
