ImagenAI is seeking an AI Operations Manager to join the product team and lead the data workflows behind our AI-powered photo and video editing tools for professional photographers and videographers. In this role, you will manage end-to-end data annotation, validation, and curation processes, coordinating internal teams and external partners to ensure high-quality inputs aligned with product goals and user value. You’ll translate technical needs into clear, actionable tasks, maintain operational excellence across projects, and directly influence the accuracy, consistency, and performance of the AI models relied on by thousands of photographers worldwide.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in operations management, project management or related role.
- Experience working with outsourcing teams and managing remote collaborators.
- Outstanding organizational skills, matched with the agility to multitask in a dynamic startup setting.
- Analytical mindset, decision-making, and risk management capabilities.
- Familiarity/background in AI fields and photo - tagging processes is a huge advantage.
- Excellent written and spoken English.
