Who You Are
You are an AI-native copywriter and conversion specialist who turns strategy into persuasive, measurable assets at scale. You write high-volume funnels, landing pages, email sequences, VSL/webinar scripts and product messaging. You use advanced prompting, reusable AI prompt libraries, A/B testing rigor, and commercial sense to improve conversion and speed up delivery. You are outcome-oriented, fast, and accountable.
Responsibilities
• Execute full funnel copy builds (landing pages, sales pages, upsell/downsell funnels, onboarding sequences, webinar & VSL scripts) and ensure continuity across all touchpoints.
• Produce website and product messaging (SEO landing pages, product positioning, rewrites) and maintain brand voice across verticals.
• Scale output using AI workflows: build and maintain prompt libraries, structure AI drafts, and reduce manual drafting time while preserving persuasion and clarity.
• Support conversion optimisation: run A/B copy tests, refine hooks/headlines/CTAs, improve email engagement metrics and deliver measurable lift.
• Integrate tightly with Funnel Design, Sales and Product teams to reduce leadership editing, speed launches and ensure smooth handoffs into GoHighLevel.
Requirements
Must-have qualifications
• Native-level written English and 3+ years’ experience in conversion copy / direct-response / funnel copy for digital products.
• Demonstrated expertise with AI-first workflows (prompt engineering, reusable prompts) and measurable speed/capacity improvements.
• Proven track record writing landing pages, email sequences, VSL/webinar scripts and operating inside funnel/CRM systems (GoHighLevel familiarity preferred).
Nice-to-have
• Experience in health, wellness, or SaaS product verticals.
• Familiarity with analytics platforms and A/B testing tools; experience translating data to copy changes.
Benefits
Compensation & performance bonuses
Base: USD $1,000–$2,000 per month (experience-based).
Performance bonus: Up to USD $500 per month for KPI overperformance.
90-Day review tied to measurable conversion outcomes.
Payment & contractor terms
Independent Contractor status only. Payment in USD via Wise or bank direct deposit. Invoicing monthly. No employee benefits; paid time off available for strong performance and exceeding KPIs.
