About the role
Hi, we're the Findies team, and we're hiring a Motion Designer (SMM). We build Digital Experts — AI personas like Jennifer, our flagship personal stylist for women 40–60 — and social media is one of our key growth channels.
You'll craft high-impact Reels, TikToks and Stories that grow our Digital Experts audience, from brief to final cut.
Reality check
This is fast, high-volume work: about two 1.5-minute videos a day, new experts launching every week, and priorities that shift with them. It's dynamic short-form content where the hook decides everything, not slow, cinematic editing, and we expect you to be up to speed within two weeks. If you want a calm workflow with one client and one look, this isn't it. If you thrive on pace and change, it's exactly that.
Your mission
- Turn briefs, scripts and storyboards into finished videos in After Effects, CapCut or Premiere.
- Own the flow from Airtable brief to final check: gather assets, generate the expert's AI avatar in HeyGen (plus Terra, ElevenLabs and other AI tools), assemble the edit, and polish subtitles, pacing and sound.
- Build the hook and the visuals: catchy organic assets (Pinterest and similar), AI footage (Kling, Seedance), stock footage and motion graphics in one consistent style.
- Keep the pace dynamic: ~2-second shots, cuts, speed-ups, sound effects and close-up footage that illustrates what the expert says.
- Switch between experts as the SMM Lead sets priorities in Airtable: read up on the new expert, adapt to their style and keep going in the same flow.
- Use and maintain shared AE templates and presets; test new formats and trends and share what works.
What makes you the perfect fit
- 2+ years in motion design or video editing, with a short-form portfolio for social media.
- Confident in After Effects (type animation, transitions, templating) and Premiere, or an equivalent; our team also works in CapCut.
- A feel for hooks, retention, trends and dynamic pacing.
- Hands-on experience with, or strong interest in, generative AI tools for video (HeyGen, Kling, Seedance and similar).
- Fast without losing quality: you adapt quickly when experts and priorities change.
- Ownership: you dig into the brief, ask the right questions, deliver on time and take feedback calmly.
- Language: Ukrainian, Upper-Intermediate (B2+) English or higher; experience creating content for US/EU audiences is a plus.

Skills Required
- 2+ years of experience in motion design or video editing
