The core mission of this role is to lead the architecture, development, and implementation of advanced AI/ML solutions—particularly in Generative AI and Agentic AI systems. You will guide technical teams, design end-to-end system architectures, and ensure that AI models and platforms are scalable, reliable, and aligned with business goals. This position blends hands-on engineering with solution leadership, working closely with stakeholders, engineers, and product teams.

• AI/ML Solution Design: Define and architect enterprise-grade AI/ML systems with a focus on Generative AI and Agentic AI frameworks.
• Hands-on AI Engineering: Lead the development, training, fine-tuning, and deployment of machine learning and large language model solutions.
• End-to-End Architecture Ownership: Create robust architectures covering data pipelines, model operations, ML infrastructure, and integration patterns.
• Technical Leadership: Mentor engineering teams, establish best practices, and guide development activities throughout the project lifecycle.
• Model Evaluation & Validation: Design evaluation strategies to benchmark model quality, safety, performance, and reliability.
• Cross-functional Collaboration: Work with data engineers, software developers, product teams, and stakeholders to align AI capabilities with business objectives.
• Innovation & R&D: Identify emerging AI technologies and incorporate them into architecture strategies and solution designs.

• Strong background in AI/ML engineering with hands-on experience building production-scale models and applications.
• Deep understanding of Generative AI, LLMs, Agentic AI systems, and modern ML frameworks.
• Proven ability to architect and deliver scalable AI platforms, including data pipelines, model serving, and MLOps practices.
• Experience evaluating model performance, safety, and optimization techniques.
• Strong communication and leadership skills, with the ability to drive technical direction and mentor engineering teams.
• Ability to translate business needs into technical designs and actionable development plans.
