Job PurposeThe Tech Lead / Architect – AI/ML will lead the design, development, and deployment of AI and machine learning solutions, with a focus on Generative AI and Agentic AI. This role provides technical leadership, defines architecture strategies, and guides cross-functional teams to implement scalable and innovative AI capabilities.
Requirements
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the architectural design and technical strategy for AI/ML solutions, including Generative and Agentic AI.
- Develop and deploy advanced machine learning models and AI-driven applications.
- Provide hands-on technical guidance and mentorship to engineering teams.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define requirements and design scalable AI systems.
- Ensure AI solutions adhere to best practices, performance standards, and security guidelines.
- Research emerging AI/ML technologies and evaluate their applicability for current and future projects.
- Maintain technical documentation, including architecture blueprints, model specifications, and deployment strategies.
Required Skills & Experience
- Proven experience as a Tech Lead, AI/ML Architect, or similar role with hands-on expertise in AI/ML development.
- Deep knowledge of Generative AI and Agentic AI concepts and applications.
- Strong programming skills in languages such as Python, Java, or similar for AI/ML development.
- Experience with AI/ML frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or similar.
- Solid understanding of data pipelines, model deployment, and scalable AI system design.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Experience providing technical leadership and guiding cross-functional teams in AI projects.
