Date: 1.07.2026 – 30.09.2026
- Support development and improvement of AI/ML-based tooling designed to automate and simplify engineers’ daily work in SCRUM teams
- Work in close collaboration with local Product Owners and engineering teams
- Operate in a SCRUM environment, contributing to solutions that improve efficiency, transparency, and delivery of agile teams
- Create Python scripts to automate data processing, reporting, and integrations with project management tooling
- Work with AI/ML tools, including prompt engineering, to improve usability and effectiveness of internal solutions
- Help document workflows, tooling usage, and best practices
Must-have:
- Active student status
- Good English, both spoken and written
- Willingness to work full-time during the summertime onsite in Kraków
- Python knowledge for scripting and automation
- Understanding of AI / Machine Learning concepts and tools
- Interest in prompt engineering and working with AI-assisted solutions
- Understanding of SCRUM methodology and agile ways of working (required, as the project focuses on automating work in SCRUM teams)
- Good English and Polish, both spoken and written
Nice-to-Have:
- Familiarity with Jira or similar agile project management tools, as the automated target of the solution
- Previous exposure to AI/ML projects, automation, or data processing
- Interest in improving productivity and developer experience through tooling and automation
