Project Role : AI / ML Engineer
Project Role Description : Develops applications and systems that utilize AI tools, Cloud AI services, with proper cloud or on-prem application pipeline with production ready quality. Be able to apply GenAI models as part of the solution. Could also include but not limited to deep learning, neural networks, chatbots, image processing.
Must have skills : Python (Programming Language)

Summary:
As an AI / ML Engineer, a typical day involves designing and building advanced applications and systems that leverage artificial intelligence technologies and cloud-based AI services. The role requires managing end-to-end application pipelines, ensuring solutions are production-ready and scalable. Daily activities may include integrating generative AI models into various projects, working on deep learning frameworks, developing neural network architectures, and implementing intelligent systems such as chatbots and image processing tools. Collaboration with cross-functional teams to align AI solutions with business needs and continuous refinement of models and systems are also key aspects of the role.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand project requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Continuously monitor and optimize AI models and systems for performance and accuracy.
- Document technical designs, processes, and best practices to support knowledge sharing within the team.
- Assist junior team members by providing guidance and support to foster their professional growth.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Python (Programming Language).
- Strong experience in developing and deploying AI and machine learning models in cloud or on-premise environments.
- Familiarity with generative AI models and their practical applications in real-world solutions.
- Knowledge of deep learning techniques, including neural networks and related frameworks.
- Ability to design and implement AI-driven systems such as chatbots and image processing applications.
- Experience in building scalable and production-ready AI pipelines.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Python (Programming Language).
- This position is based at our Chennai office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
