AI/ML Engineer

Job Description:

Primary Skills

• Strong programming skills in Python

• Experience with LLMs, prompt engineering, and embeddings

• Hands-on experience with RAG architectures

• Familiarity with vector stores and semantic search

• Understanding of NLP concepts and model evaluation techniques

Secondary Skills

• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS)

• Knowledge of MLOps and model deployment pipelines

• Exposure to fine-tuning or open-source LLMs

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and implement GenAI solutions using LLMs (e.g., OpenAI, open-source models)

• Build and optimize RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) pipelines

• Develop applications using frameworks like LangChain or similar orchestration tools

• Work with vector databases for semantic search and retrieval

• Fine-tune prompts and improve model performance through evaluation and iteration

• Integrate AI solutions into production systems via APIs and cloud platforms

• Ensure scalability, security, and responsible AI practices
